Grout, MD, MD(H)Dr. Martha Grout obtained her A.B. degree from Radcliffe college (now merged with Harvard University) in 1966 and her M.D. degree from Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1971. For the next 25 years she served as Emergency Physician in New York, Florida, and Arizona. She traveled the world to study with masters of medicine. She is Board Certified in Medical Acupuncture. In 1997, she moved to Arizona and obtained the Homeopathic Physician's license. She serves on the Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners. She also contributes articles to medical journals. In 2007, Dr. Grout built a "green" medical building in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she established the Southwest's most diversified integrative medical center. She received a Rocky Mountain Emmy award for live reporting. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 1989. She was part of the AT&T Wireless Services management team that launched the first digital wireless service in Arizona following deregulation, and she consulted on the preparation of an environmental application to the Arizona Corporation Commission for a merchant power plant.
